What is your shipping policy for heavy filtration systems?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Due to the weight of whole-house systems, these items are securely crated and shipped via specialized carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I return a filter if it has already been installed?
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you experience a defect after installation, please contact our warranty team.
